The position
Novo Nordisk is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Corporate Vice President (CVP) and contribute to our transformative this role youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Day-to-Day Coordination : Oversee and manage the CVPs daily activities ensuring seamless operations.
Scheduling and Planning : Manage the CVPs calendar including organizing leadership team meetings travel arrangements and transformation-related activities.
Workplace Engagement : Play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and enjoyable workplace that attracts retains and develops talented individuals.
Calendar Management : Take charge of the functional annual calendar to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Event Planning : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute events from small gatherings to large-scale initiatives.
Qualifications
Executive-Level Experience : Proven experience working closely with C-level executives is essential.
Administrative Expertise : A minimum of three years experience with administrative processes ideally complemented by exposure to project coordination.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Fluency in English and German both written and verbal at a professional business level.
Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in MS Office with a strong emphasis on Teams.
Adaptability : Ability to excel in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment demonstrating urgency organization and a structured approach to managing tasks.
Service Orientation : A proactive solution-focused mindset with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.
