Experience in managing and implementing projects, roadmaps and strategies in the digital and technology field, preferably in manufacturing, services or industry Strong knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and best practices Excellent data management and data analysis skills Fluent in English and German Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies Creative with good business acumen and analytical skills Visionary thinking with a proactive and energetic personality Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing technology and digital strategies, roadmap, setting targets and maximising added value for customers and our organisation
- Identifying and developing new digital initiatives and services that add value to the portfolio
- Develop and lead the implementation of technology, digital and data-based solutions and services
- Collaborate with teams, partners and stakeholders in the development and implementation of applications, architectures and integrations
- Building and maintaining a technology and tool landscape
