We are seeking an experienced leader to join us as Head of Finance - Switzerland. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate reporting, driving performance through data-driven insights, and building a high-performing team within a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone structured and proactive, who can navigate complexity and deliver results.

In this role, you will

• Oversee consistent and efficient financial reporting : Deliver monthly and annual financial statements within tight deadlines, in accordance with local standards (Swiss OR) and Sanoptis Group principles. Onboard new entities, aligning processes and controls to Sanoptis standards.
• Define and communicate insights & actions : Synthesize results into salient points and proactively identify and investigate deviations in financial and operational performance.
• Develop and own business forecasts : Produce accurate bottom-up forecasts, aligned with Sanoptis’ financial targets and business strategy. Collaborate closely with local operations to understand dynamics and develop plans which address challenges & identify opportunities.
• Manage treasury and liquidity : Implement efficient structures to forecast and optimize cash balances across Swiss entities, working closely with Sanoptis’ Group Treasury team.
• Build a high-performing team & manage external stakeholders : Manage a small in-house team, comprising accounting and controlling. Build and oversee relationships with a range of collaborators, including external accountants, local operations teams, Sanoptis’ shareholding doctors, and banks.
