For an international company in the global Agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a Payroll Administrator (f / m / d) - temporary assignment, 100%, min 12 months
Responsibilities
- Verification and checks of all salary-relevant entries in the SAP payroll system, based on legal, tax and social security regulations as well as company policies.
- Assistance in managing external service providers in the areas of payroll and time management.
- Preparation of certificates and reports for family allowances, health and accident insurance, maternity and paternity benefits, unemployment insurance, disability registration, etc.
- Point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, tax, and social security law
- Monitoring of changes in SAP
- Accident recording in the UKA system and entering the daily accident allowances in SAP
- Manage Time and Attendance (T&A) related issues and recurring time corrections in our T&A system ATOSS
- Calculat holiday reduction due to long-term absences or unpaid leave
- Monitoringand administration of garnishments.
Profile
Commercial education degree and preferably higher further education in HR or comparableSolid expertise in the areas of payroll and experience in T&AProfound user knowledge (including creation of queries and reports) in SAP; knowledge of Workday and time recording systems (especially ATOSS) is desirable.Confident use of MS Office, especially ExcelVery good communication written and oral skills in German and English, French desiredBenefits
