Junior Events & Partnerships Manager

As a Junior Events & Partnerships Manager  (80-100%) at FELFEL in Zurich, you will be part of a passionate and fast-paced Marketing team that creates impactful brand experiences to drive awareness and business growth. In this role, you’ll support the Senior Events & Partnerships Manager in organizing, executing, and optimizing FELFEL’s events and partnerships. Each event you help deliver will showcase FELFEL’s unique brand spirit, strengthen relationships with partners, and contribute directly to our commercial success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to bring event concepts to life, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
• Manage all on-site event logistics, from venue scouting and tech checks to ensuring the event runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Help create events that are not only inspiring but also generate new business leads and opportunities.
• Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with all partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support with cost planning, track event expenses, and help with post-event reporting and analysis.
• Keep Asana boards and project timelines meticulously up to date to ensure clear and efficient teamwork.
• Ensure every event reflects our brand's visual identity, tone, and standards of hospitality, creating a memorable experience for guests.
• Assist the team with various offline and online marketing activities related to your events.
