Responsibilities will include a combination of digital offering management / sales as well as project management where one can drive projects / initiatives independently and with passion. This role is also expected to provide strong support to the Head Segment & Business Management Asia and requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across multiple departments and booking centers.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support the Market Head Intermediaries Western CH & Americas in all organizational and administrative tasks and guarantee smooth running of the daily business, including financials, projects, presentations, business support and management tasks
- Manage autonomously the regular front related business management activities and administrative tasks
- Act as the point of contact for Intermediaries Front Units
- Collaborate with Business Support of the Sub-Regions in setting up useful data on business results such as KPIs, follow-up of figures (e.g. split cost P&L for events)
- Support the implementation of various projects and processing of tasks for Intermediaries Western CH & Americas
- Collaborate and coordinate with individual departments of the Bank, act as the interface to other internal stakeholders, mainly the Central Business Management team
- Execute analyses and evaluations
- Deliver on ad-hoc business deliverables and initiatives

Bachelor degree or other higher education in Business Administration or equivalentProfound experience in the Intermediaries Business or Financial IndustryAbility to adhere to legal and compliance guidelines, internal rules (Code of Conduct), internal policies as well as industry related external regulationsSound knowledge of operational tools, front related systems and processesProfound IT knowledge (MS Office : Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Expert in Presentations (Powerpoint)French is a must.
