Consulting Content Lead: Change
The Position
Position Summary :
This is a unique position, designed to drive ongoing development and performance in the P&OG Consulting AoP, specifically in the Change space.
The Consulting Content Lead has the following responsibilities :
Establish consistent best practices in the area of Change and the supporting infrastructure, tools, approaches, and resources for the Consulting AoP and ensure these are available and leveraged across Consulting, P&C and the business (as appropriate).
Develop and implement an ongoing capability building strategy for Change within the Practice and with partners across P&C.
Partner closely with the Capability & Practice Lead, along with fellow Content Leads to ensure an integrated approach.
Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to Consultants in the area of Change
Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Work directly with the business on strategically important projects or initiatives as an active consultant
Qualifications & Experience :
You have a minimum of 10 years relevant consulting or business experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity.
Ideally, you have worked with a large consultancy, have knowledge of industry and market issues along with core trends in digital and technology, and may have held positions in various functions outside of People & Culture.
You have led projects and work streams to drive change in various business practices and have a proven record of effective delivery.
You have strong people leadership skills and a strong track record of people further qualifications are :
Deep expertise and experience in the field of Organization Development, especially in the area of Change
Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills
Excellent track record of partnering and collaboration within P&C and with other parts of the organization to design and deliver impactful consulting solutions
Experience developing and coaching consultants
Exceptional system-thinking and enterprise mindset with a focus on creating business impact
Proven project and senior stakeholder management skills in a highly complex and matrix environment
Formal (or informal) leadership experience, including experience in leading capability building efforts
Demonstrated courage and ability to face into ambiguous situations, pushing back and challenge the status quo
Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies applied in an enterprise-wide context
Fluent English language skills are a must, other languages a plus
Location : Proximity to a major Roche site is preferred; at the hiring manager’s discretion, other locations may be considered.
