Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with the execution and settlement of trades, ensuring they are processed accurately

and timely

  • Coordinate with front office and back-office teams to ensure proper trade booking and
  • Reconciliation

  • Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies or issues
  • Monitor daily cash positions, covering potential debits and reporting high cash balances
  • Taking care in coordination with the portfolio manager of financial instrument maturities, FX
  • Swaps
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of the different reports for our clients
  • Support the front office in preparing marketing materials or specific reports
  • Review investment decisions and strategies to ensure they align with client objectives and risk profiles
  • Monitor the suitability module, reporting breaches and recommending corrective actions
  • Data quality and valuation accuracy control
  • Support the portfolio operations analyst in resolving issues with custodians (e.g. settlements, corp. actions)
  • Ensure smooth communication with custodians regarding transactions, account balances and asset servicing
  • Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 3 min years of experience in a middle office or investment operations role
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies, and market operations
  • Familiarity with performance measurement tools and risk management systems
