Your Role
You will support our daily operations across administrative, financial, HR-related, and organizational areas. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and public authorities, you will help ensure that processes run smoothly and reliably in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordination and administrative support for external service providers
- Coordination and support of corporate apartments
- Support with relocation and onboarding of new team members
- Accounting support using Abacus (clerical / accounting assistant level)
- Administrative coordination throughout the recruitment process
- Support with document creation and internal control system (ICS / IKS) documentation
- General administrative and operational support
- Organization and coordination of team events
- Support in projects and various ad-hoc operational tasks
What You Bring
Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent administrative / business educationExperience in administration, operations, accounting support, or HR support is an advantageExperience with Abacus or similar ERP / accounting systems is a plusVery high level of reliability and sense of ownershipStrong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working styleAbility to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentialityTeam-oriented, proactive, and hands-on mindsetStrong communication skillsFluent German (spoken and written), ideally with experience working with Swiss authorities and local service providers, as well as very good English skills in an English-speaking company environmentValid driving license (category B / passenger cars)You thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong startup mindset, clear responsibilities, and a focus on quality over micromanagementOur Culture
