Your tasks

• You coordinate communication and alignment between HQ, subsidiaries, distributors, and external partners involved in online marketplace activities.
• You collect, validate, and consolidate marketplace performance data such as sales, stock, campaigns, and KPIs on a regular basis.
• You prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management reviews.
• You support HQ in monitoring progress of global marketplace initiatives and help identify operational or reporting gaps.
• You assist in the preparation and coordination of projects such as new marketplace launches, process harmonization, and tool rollouts.
• You maintain documentation, guidelines, and trackers to ensure transparency, process visibility, and consistency across markets.
• You help ensure that regional marketplace operations follow HQ defined processes, while implementation responsibility remains with local subsidiaries or distributors.
• You coordinate with regional agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Curaprox brand standards and global marketplace guidelines.
