As HR Business Partner & Facilities Manager (Associate Director) in a dynamic biotech environment, you will partner with scientific and operational leaders to foster a culture of innovation, agility, and collaboration. You will drive initiatives that shape the company culture, enhance employee development, and support organizational transformation to ensure long-term success.
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals
- Use HR analytics to support decisions and measure impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, including performance, development, and engagement
Operational Excellence
Design and implement HR processes that facilitate the overall operations of Alentis, including efficient collaboration with Finance, Legal and other stakeholdersOversee day-to-day HR operations and manage the HRISEnsure all company policies and practices comply with relevant employment laws and biotech regulatory requirements, while being appropriate for a small, nimble organizationTalent & Leadership Development
