Managing a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure 100% renewal is achieved and service utilisation is enhanced
Cross selling and up selling the range of products and services available to clients
Generating proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions for assigned clients
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Department to ensure smooth, efficient client renewal processes, new customer onboarding as well as routine account reviews and reporting
Investigating and preparing responses to customer complaints and quality assurance events
Developing cross border sales through proactive cooperation with other International SOS regions
Required profile :
Previous experience as an Account Manager in a professional services environment
Experience of selling in a global b2b sales environment
A natural networker and a team player
An excellent communicator and customer advocate
A passion for research and finding solutions
Excellent numeric, written, and commercial negotiation skills
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously
Fluency in written and spoken English and French, German is advantageous
