Fluent German and English (spoken and in writing)

WORKING IN SWITZERLAND

Swiss B permit or EU citizenship (Shengen)

Your tasks :

  • Leading the "At Your Service" team
  • Independent work on the switchboard in a small team
  • Individual processing of various guest requests on the phone, by email or via mobile chat
  • Looking after guests at the business center
  • Forwarding corresponding requests to the appropriate department as the "heart of the house"
  • Guest correspondence in German and English
  • Maintenance of internal hotel systems and programs
  • Maintenance of our Guest Experience Platform
  • Acceptance and booking of room service orders
  • Processing guest inquiries in cooperation with reception and concierge

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry or have completed hotel management school
  • You are organized and structured and enjoy communicating in fluent German and English
  • You are resilient and a team player
  • Advanced IT skills
  • You have an independent and very guest-oriented way of working
  • Your head is full of ideas and creativity
  • You are ready to give your best
