Assistant Store Manager - Fashion & Accessories For a leading Lifestyle brand with a store location in Zurich, we are looking for their new ASM to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand, and ensuring the most effective store operations. POSITION Leading the Team Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication Drive team performance to meet sales goals Improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience Maintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities Brand Representation Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards Educate the team on merchandising principles Store Management Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws Monitor financial procedures and analyze sales results Facilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy Store Organization Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials Oversee logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory Maintain security and hygiene standards PROFILE Relevant education within Retail, Sales, Management Experience in Retail sales and in-store (deputy) management Highly customer-oriented and versed in customer care and experience Strong drive and initiative Prior experience in PR and marketing activities Proficient in sales strategy Skilled with numbers, budgeting, and some financials High commitment to a brand and employer Open to Airport schedules and various work shifts Fluency in GER / ENG, other languages would represent an advantage Rather casual in style, but strict in his / her professionalism If this opportunity speaks to you, and you think you have what it takes to take on this role to another level, then we’d like to get to know you!
