Integration Business Analyst - SAP HCM / SAP S / 4HANA / Interfaces / Testing Project : For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Integration consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP HCM. In this role, you will support the analysis, documentation and testing of integrations between SAP HCM, SAP S / 4HANA and surrounding applications, ensuring stable and well-documented interfaces across the SAP landscape.Tasks :

• Analyse business and technical requirements for SAP integrations with a focus on SAP HCM
• Design and document technical interface specifications, including detailed field mappings and data transformation rules
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and business stakeholders to define and implement integration solutions
• Coordinate and execute system and integration testing of SAP interfaces
• Analyse and support resolution of interface defects and data issues
• Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities related to SAP interfaces
• Maintain and update interface documentationRequired Skills & Experience :
• Proven hands-on experience working as an Integration Consultant or Integration Analyst in SAP environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM integrations
• Experience writing technical interface specifications with field mappings
• Experience with system and integration testing
• Nice to have : Middleware integration experience (PI / PO, CPI, etc.)
• Nice to have : SAP SuccessFactors integration experienceLanguages :
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
