Equivalent practical experience will also be considered Previous experience in a similar role or aviation environment is advantageous but not mandatory Proficiency in document management and revision, with a keen eye for detail Very comfortable using MS Office Suite and basic programming skills are an advantage Familiarity with aviation management software and data analysis tools is a plus Effective at managing time and priorities Clear, professional communicator; team-oriented and adaptable Resourceful problem-solver with a solutions-focused approach
Your main tasks
- Assist the Flight Operations Department with routine tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Collaborate with the NPFO to uphold safety and compliance standards, both within the department and for subcontracted services, in line with our Safety Management System
- Work alongside the Training Department to develop engaging e-learning courses related to flight operations
- Provide administrative and technical support for projects within the Flight Operations Department, ensuring timely and organized delivery
- Update Operations Manuals (OM) and support developing compliant content
- Act as a software administrator for designated systems, as assigned, ensuring optimal performance and user support
