Fixed Income Credit Trader - Emerging Markets

Your Role

As Fixed Income Credit Trader - Emerging Markets at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an ambitious individual with a proven track record of P&L generation in the field of credit trading related to emerging markets, who is seeking to contribute to the bank's success and provide firm and reliable liquidity to the bank's institutional and private client network. We are looking for an experienced credit trader with a strong vision and strategy on how to optimize the bank's flow. The ideal candidate shares our values of strong client focus, dedication and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute P&L to the FI bond value chain
• Provide liquidity to other banks and to the client base of the bank with a flow-driven trading approach
• Actively monitor and manage risk of the trading book
• Maintain close collaboration with Sales and Advisory teams of the bank as well as with core clients
• Monitor market developments closely and react quickly to changes
• Proactively generate and implement trading ideas and discuss them with internal stakeholders as well as with clients of the bank
• Help expanding the bank's client base in core regions across Europe and Asia
• Adhering to all the relevant rules & regulations as well as internal guidelines / directives and be up to date with all the relevant regulatory developments in the trading area
