Role Overview

In this role, you will be working closely to build business with the sourcing partners in the construction industry. You will build strategic supplier partnerships, ensure cost efficiency, negotiate high-value contracts, and establish robust procurement processes that align with our tech-first approach to construction. You must bring deep experience from a leading construction company and be fluent in either German or French to engage with local and regional suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your experience in sourcing and help develop business
• Define and lead the overall procurement and supply chain strategy for the company.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics partners across Europe.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
• Drive cost optimization , negotiate long-term contracts, and mitigate supply risks.
• Develop a digital procurement framework , leveraging software tools to automate and track purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for spend analysis, vendor performance , and procurement efficiency.
• Hire and build a high-performing procurement team as the company scales.
