Product Quality Specialist 100% (d / f / m)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks areas :

• Developing and maintaining robust product non-conformance data reports and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions
• Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating post-production product quality data and trends
• Conducting timely investigations, initial impact assessments, and risk evaluations for product non-conformance, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to facilitate product improvement initiatives and leading / participating in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) discussions
• Managing and coordinating global quality inspections across the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) network
• Performing product quality inspections at HQ and Zurich warehouse and preparing quality reports
• Managing the end-to-end vendor claim process
• Establishing and writing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure process efficiency and clarity
• Supporting the manager and team by covering duties during their absence
