About the Role
As a Junior Business Developer, you will play a key role in expanding the network and ensuring supply meets demand in the market. This position involves proactive outreach and market engagement to communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective partners and support them through onboarding. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing insights at every opportunity
- Conduct information sessions with current and prospective partners to present the company’s value proposition
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to prospective or newly onboarded partners
- Manage interactions with existing and prospective partners to understand their needs, concerns, and goals
- Support partners through the onboarding process and ensure readiness for activation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with third parties
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency across multiple markets
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, customer support, or a client-facing role
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership
- Action-oriented and able to take practical steps to solve problems
- Strong interpersonal skills; you enjoy engaging with people and motivating others
- Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (C1 minimum) and native German (C2)
