StellenbeschreibungBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate return on investment (ROI) across projects and business cases Apply standard valuation methodologies (DCF, NPV, IRR, payback period) to assess project viability Present investment recommendations clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders Support M&A, capital allocation, and strategic planning initiatives as required Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes Analyze financial performance against targets and provide actionable insights Collaborate with other departments to gather data and ensure financial accuracy Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Solid grounding in economic and financial principles, including corporate valuation and capital markets Strong understanding of how company valuations work (DCF, comparable multiples, asset-based approaches) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — including complex formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, and financial model construction Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with ERP or financial planning systems is an advantage English - fluent (required); business-level communication in both written and spoken form German - fluent (required); ability to handle financial documentation and stakeholder communication French - conversational or business-level (a strong plus) Any other language is a plus A high-impact role with visibility across the entire project portfolio Collaborative and international working environment Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional development and growth within the finance function
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expense Control & Project Oversight
- Monitor, track, and control all expenses across a large and varied project portfolio
- Implement and maintain robust cost control processes and reporting frameworks
- Identify budget variances early and work with project leads to take corrective action
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
