Regulatory Reporting – Regulatory Reporting Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, you will assist in the monthly preparation of regulatory reports for Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and Julius Baer Group Ltd. Most of your time will be dedicated to regulatory reporting operations activities, but you will also partake in project tasks.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Regulatory Reporting Operations (approx. 90%)

• Assist in the monthly preparation of regulatory reports for Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and Julius Baer Group Ltd.

• Perform reconciliations and quality checks of the monthly financial data for submission to SNB and FINMA, including capital and liquidity calculations

• Prepare ad hoc analyses and special reports, including narrative commentary

• Support in the preparation of the Basle III Pillar 3 disclosures reports.

• Documentation of the closing processes, primarily in English

• Provide specialist Regulatory Reporting support to international locations worldwide

• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls

Project Tasks (approx. 10%)

• Supporting functional specifications and testing of functional and technical adaptations in the Regulatory Reporting application (Axiom)

• Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements in respect of SNB statistical reporting, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting

• Analyse and continuously optimise existing processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Education in finance or business administration

• Several years of professional experience in financial bank accounting essential

• In-depth understanding of IFRS and RVI (Swiss Banking GAAP)

• Understanding of Basel III capital and liquidity frameworks is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with AxiomSL is beneficial

• Previous project experience is advantageous

• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in German is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills, with an independent, precise working style

• Team-oriented personality with a genuine interest in taking on new challenges

• High resilience and flexibility
