Yourresponsibilities :

• Perform monthlyclosing process as per the corporatedeadlines
• Manage entire capex process includingthe budgeting, the forecasting and reporting in addition to themonthly capitalization of assets ensuring adherence to the budgetand to the corporate policy in addition to posting monthlydepreciation
• Perform sub ledger to generalledger inventory and WIP account reconciliations in addition toanalyzing manufacturing variances.
• Performmonthly GRIR reconciliation working closely with the accountspayable, warehouse and purchasing teams to resolve any problems inaddition to verifying PR creations and following up on committedPO's to ensure monthly accruals are booked properly and paymentsare done on time.
• Partner with the business tohelp them monitor their Cost Center spend by creating monthlyreporting packages and KPI's and leading the quarterly forecastsand annual budget cycle
• Continuously improveexisting controlling and reportingsystems
• Prepare SOX controls and maintainongoing support documentation.
• Manage someprojects that increase accuracy and efficiency of inventorytransactions
