Exciting opportunity at dsm-firmenich for a People Team Lead to join our Application & Formulation team. As our People Team Lead, you will oversee the EMEA team of 24, focusing on and leading on all aspects of the P&O cycle. Your role will involve leading the team in setting goals, talent reviews, development plans, performance evaluations, and compensation discussions.

Your key responsibilities include converting capability gaps into individual and team development goals aligned with segment strategies.

  • Focusing on people development, coaching, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of sales and business operations.

  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility for business travel in Europe, Middle East and Africa (25-35%)
  • Leadership experience is essential, and a background in a technical field or sales function would be advantageous.
