Client Specialist - AVS Fund (m / f) (%) Present in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland, the Center is the company serving businesses and the private economy. To strengthen our team at the AVS Fund based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for someone to fulfill the following tasks : Contribute to the implementation of the Client approach of the AVS Fund : ensure the follow-up with existing clients, maintain regular contacts, and participate in cross-functional projects. Ensure service quality follow-up : produce and analyze data, prepare assessments, contribute to feedback surveys, and support ongoing actions. Coordinate exchanges by actively serving as an interface between the AVS divisions and other departments of the Center to ensure coherence and quality of actions related to Clients and the management of the AVS Fund. Your profile : Commercial employee certificate or an equivalent qualification. Solid experience in client relations in the field of Swiss social insurance. Confirmed experience in the design, management, and ongoing quality processes. Comfort with digital tools, reporting, and monitoring (Power BI, CRM). Good writing skills, strong analytical capabilities, and priority management. Approach that fosters active listening with clear and effective communication. Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. Great adaptability in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
