StellenbeschreibungB.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields Previous work experience in international companies Relevant experience of ideally 3 to 5 years in similar positions in a modern manufacturing environment – preferably in the automotive industry Having a CPA certification would be an advantage In-depth knowledge of finance processes within organizations Previous experience of working with ERP systems (preferably in Oracle) Excellent English language skills - both written and verbal Good knowledge of German (B2 or B3 level) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, challenge others and speak your mind A truly international and multicultural work environment, with career development paths The opportunity to further develop your professional skills in a diverse and engaging job
Your responsibilities will be to :
- Support and work closely with the Oracle implementation team
- Support the migration of data from our current system to Oracle
- Perform monthly closings of company books, including consolidation reporting
- Prepare the statutory financial statements of the Swiss legal entity
- Ensure that all day-to-day activities of the company follow SOP / accounting principles
- Prepare monthly and daily financial reports
- Work closely with the local controlling team
- Oversee the AUC cycle : Cost Project Life Management (creation, closure), Capitalization, Ageing monitoring
- Manage fixed assets projects
- Support and liaise with other finance departments and other functions and departments as required
