What You’ll Actually Do Own the Backend : Design and ship high-performance services in Go and Java that serve millions of global users. Wrangle "Time" : Tackle the fascinating logic behind global scheduling—where millisecond precision meets complex human variables. Scale High : Optimize our core platforms for massive concurrency and global distribution. Lead the Standard : Champion clean code and CI / CD excellence in an environment that values "doing it right" over "doing it fast." What do you bring? You’ll thrive here if you are a Senior who values customer impact as much as elegant syntax. The Foundation : You have a deep grasp of DS / Algo and distributed systems. The Toolkit : You are a pro in Go and / or Java and have experience shipping production-ready backend services. The Mindset : You think in Events . You understand Kafka, reactive systems, and how to build for scale. The Bonus : If you’ve danced with Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS , you’ll feel right at home.
