Aufgabe
For a client in Zug, we are looking for an ICT Support Engineer (Network SME). In this role, you act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Cisco Meraki network infrastructure across 13 corporate and trading sites. You design, deploy, install and operate network and security solutions and lead the configuration and maintenance of the Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environment including switches and access points. You maintain technical manuals and knowledge-base documentation and continuously monitor new technologies to keep the network stack modern and efficient.
At the same time, you are part of the Digital Workplace Experience team and ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience. You diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents via ServiceNow in accordance with defined SLAs and provide VIP and event support, including high-touch technical assistance for executives during business operations and corporate events. You manage the lifecycle of Windows 11 notebooks and support the deployment and maintenance of Google Workspace tools and the edge server infrastructure. You collaborate with global IT support teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex cross-domain issues.
