You are responsible for ensuring a smooth turnaround process and optimal coordination of all interfaces in ground handling operations. The focus is on punctuality of all individual activities.
- Ensure safe, compliant, efficient and customer-oriented ground operations below the wing
- Management of critical flights (Slot, night ban, crew duty etc.) defined by Hub Control Center, Duty Station Management or by your own assessment
- Enforcing measures and decisions towards interfaces
- Identifying possible disruptive factors and making necessary decisions or implementing corresponding countermeasures
- Coaching of interfaces in terms of process adherence, process improvement and safety
- Reporting & continuous improvement
- Optimization proposals to increase punctuality and customer satisfaction
- Ramp Surveillance
