Independent processing of approved credit applications

• Preparation of all necessary credit and collateral documents
• Setting up and managing mortgages and collaterals (e.g., land charges, policies, guarantees)
• Issuing payment promises and ensuring timely execution of payments
• Ensuring all conditions are met for the release of mortgages and payments
• Independently monitoring and correctly scheduling business transactions
• Correspondence with land registry offices, notaries, banks, and insurance companies
• Responsible handling of potential risks
