Job Summary
Our start-up is revolutionizing the real estate market by providing an innovative real estate platform designed specifically for franchisees. Our platform enables real estate companies to streamline their transactions, optimize the sales process and provide customers with a first-class digital experience. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to help us acquire new franchise partners and establish our platform in the market.
Your impact
Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies
Plan, implement, and optimize SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) and SEO campaigns to drive traffic and conversions from the ground up.
Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance
Monitor and set up key metrics using tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and ROI while factoring in feedback from the market.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align campaign messaging and creative with business goals. Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.
Support Franchise Partners
Provide performance marketing support and guidance to franchise partners, ensuring consistency and success in local campaigns.
Communicate Insights to Stakeholders
Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way backed by solid reporting which has to be built up.
Your qualifications
Degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, (Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing in particular SEA and SEO
Experience using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Ability to analyse performance data, take decisions based on data and communicate it clearly to stakeholders
Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager (Experience with Segment is a plus)
Creativity and strong communication skills in german and english, both verbal and written
High level of initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment
Experience in support of franchise partners an advantage
