As our Technology Coach, on board MSC Cruises state-of-the-art ships, you'll ignite guests' passions for technology through interactive workshops and exciting activities.

You'll be the energetic guide, transforming curious minds into confident digital explorers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for a passionate and skilled individual with :

Extensive knowledge of technological tools and trends, including tech games, apps, smartphones, photo and video editing, GDPR, AI, and social media.

Proven experience in delivering engaging workshops or training sessions. Ideally, you'll have experience working with diverse audiences and age groups.

The ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a cruise ship.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience in delivering training or workshops on a range of technological topics, for example :

Smartphone Basics, Searching Lesson, Instant Messaging Lesson, How to use the MSC APP (or relevant cruise line app), Virtual Reality Experiences, F1 Simulation Tournaments, E-gaming Games, Drone Academy, Photo Lesson with your Smartphone, Photo Edit Lesson, Create your Design, Create your Own Avatar, Video Editing Lesson, Create your Reels, Podcast Creation Workshop, Create your Own Meme, AI Lesson, Digital Security Lesson, Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Intro, Smartwatch Basic, Inside the Machine : Computer Creation Workshop, Tech Detox Lesson.
