ESG Manager

Das Asset-Management-Team im Bereich Alts - Real Assets fokussiert auf die nachhaltige Wertentwicklung auf Liegenschaftenstufe in den verantwortlichen Immobilienportfolios und bringt seine breite Erfahrung durch das Führen von gemischt genutzten Immobilienportfolios ein. Dabei werden Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte systematisch über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette miteinbezogen. Als ESG Manager arbeiten Sie in einem interdisziplinären und dynamischen Team, welches die Bereiche Nachhaltigkeit und Asset Management unter anderem in folgenden Tätigkeiten tatkräftig unterstützt :

• Umsetzung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie innerhalb des Schweizer Real Assets-Portfolios und Management von portfolioübergreifenden Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten (z.B. Datenerfassung und Reporting, Betriebsoptimierungen, Zertifizierungen, Photovoltaik, Kreislaufwirtschaft, etc.)
• Aufbereitung und Analyse von Nachhaltigkeitskennzahlen und -fakten für interne und externe Berichterstattung (z.B. Investorenanfragen, Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, GRESB, etc.)
• Analyse und Überwachung von ESG-Daten auf Liegenschafts- und Fonds-Stufe sowie weitere Förderung und Verbesserung der Datenerhebung, Datenabdeckung und Datenqualität im Gesamtportfolio
• Begleitung interner und externer ESG-Audits einschließlich der Kontrolle relevanter Prozesse und Dienstleister
• Überwachung der gesetzlichen Entwicklungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit im Schweizer und internationalen Kontext
• Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit insbesondere mit den Bereichen Asset- und Development Management sowie mit anderen Teams (Transactions, Development & Construction, Fund Management) zu Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten bei Akquisitionen, Bauprojekten und Bestandsimmobilien (Energiesparmassnahmen, Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen, Sanierungsstrategien, etc.).
