To strengthen our main department for personal insurance benefits, which offers our clients high-quality services in claims management, we are looking for an assistant who will support the Training & Quality team for a fixed term of up to 4 years (in the X HSW studies) at a rate of 40 to 50 %. The work location is in Bern. Tasks awaiting you : You will supervise continuing vocational training and analyze satisfaction with our services, conduct small training sessions, and actively participate in the creation or revision of business documents. You will create and distribute various controls related to benefits and bring the documents and processes up to date annually, organize a quality seminar for our department, and create online forms or surveys. Support the group leader with various analytical or administrative tasks. Your profile : Ongoing HSW studies in the X field, first professional experience in a similar role, IT and office skills. Native German speaker with very good French skills (at least B2), if you are dynamic, flexible, and independent, and stand out with an analytical and solution-oriented personality, you are the right person for us!
