The Senior Research Executive will have the following main responsibilities :
- Being part of the client servicing team during the project cycle.
- Work on successful execution of projects together with other team members as well as other Ipsos country teams.
- Development of research instruments, quantitative and qualitative, manuals, supporting documents.
- Development of reports and presentations for quantitative and qualitative studies. Work on insights to maximize study impact of for the clients.
- Participate in client presentations and visits to clients with other project team members.
Desired qualifications, skills and experiences :
University degree preferably in marketing research or social sciencesExperience : at least 3-5 years’ experience in a research environmentAccountable for actions, commitment to meeting the expectationsAbility to work in a team, flexibility and creativityQuick learner and independent in the context of an activityGreat attention to detail but also ability to see the big pictureStrong analytical skills, knowledge of SPSS statistical package is desirableExcellent report writing skills, ability to interpret results and generate insightsStrong communication skills, ability to communicate in an assertive and diplomatic wayTenacity and excitement to work in a challenging environment with different teams and under time constrainsInternationally minded, team spirited and multiculturally orientedFluent reading / writing / speaking English – other languages are an advantageStrong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. Knowledge of statistical packages like SPSS or R is an asset.
