Senior Project Manager Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend are leaders in professional services to the Data Centre sector globally. Due to the continued success and expansion of our Data Centre business across Europe we are currently recruiting for an experienced  Electrical Construction Project Manager   to join our Data Centre team.

In this role you will oversee the pre-construction construction commissioning and close-out phases of a hyperscale state of the art data center project for a global technology client onsite.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the electrical pre-construction activities including constructability in design procurement and contracts project planning budget planning is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage the electrical construction activities ensuring the project is delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee electrical system installations including substation transformers switchrooms MV & LV life safety and all electrical associated systems.
• Ensure that the electrical designs are aligned with the overall design intent and client expectations managing any issues that arise during construction.
