StellenbeschreibungInput and verification of prices of Hedge Funds on a daily basis Dealing and follow up of Hedge Fund, and Private Equity orders including contact with Fund administrator all around the world to ensure correct execution Complete all necessary documentation linked to Hedge fund, and Private Equity activity such as subscription / redemption documents, Corporate Action, Transfer documents Follow up on each trade to be able to book and settle correctly in the system Booking of all transactions linked to Hedge Fund and Private Equity in the system including Corporate action bookings such as conversion, Capital call, Distribution, Exchanges, etc.. Respond to Internal and external queries linked to Hedge Fund and Private Equity business Dealing and accounting of precious metal Strong knowledge of Hedge Fund or / and Private Equity Understanding of front-to-back processes with a good knowledge of transactional processes Highly motivated, curious, autonomous and proactive Good analytical skills & problem solver Very good learning and adaptation skills with the ability to prioritize Attention to detail and strong accuracy Flexible and ability to work in a multi-tasking and demanding environment Good team player Fluent in French and English (both oral and written) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Advance Excel knowledge is mandatory CFC, Maturity or above

Professional experience
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in banking operations or financial related institution (Back or Middle Office) including Hedge Fund or / and Private Equity expertise
