Job Description
The Client Services Project Manager I at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. presents an outstanding chance to excel in a dynamic project management role. Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish project objectives and ensure outstanding study results
- Establish and maintain study filing systems and accurate records adhering to quality management systems
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely execution of project activities meeting both customer and study requirements
- Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities to ensure that services and products are ready as required by the customer
- Use project planning tools to supervise achievements and critical activities ensuring seamless project delivery
- Build and support operational documentation including GMP operational documentation bill of materials and billing packages
- Provide backup support to the Project Team ensuring consistent project progress
- Collect information on study design including label texts packaging materials label translation batch documentation logistics coordination and GMP instructions
- Apply GXP principles in all areas of responsibility

Education : Commercial apprenticeship or equivalentYears of Experience : 1 year of experience in project coordination documentation and / or administration (preferably Pharmaceutical Industry)Fluent English German beneficialRequired Experience :
