You are a key player in our company's success and manage complex IT consulting and software development projects right from the start. We advise our clients across all sectors and with a high degree of flexibility. As a generalist in project management, you will be confronted with exciting and new tasks, whereby the project environment is constantly changing and brings with it new challenges. You will enjoy a high degree of creative freedom and can actively participate in the development of our business.

• Planning, implementation and management of IT consulting and software development projects industry agnostic, in particular the management of fixed-price projects
• Responsible for timeline, quality, budget and management of project teams with several team-members
• Dealing with customer representatives from all functional areas (business and IT)
• Interface function between business departments and IT
• Process analysis and optimization, Requirements engineering and conceptual work at the customer’s site
• Preparation, moderation and evaluation of assessments and strategy workshops at the customer's site
• Support in account management as well as in acquisition and pre-sales activities. To promote our sales and business development, you will provide support with acquisition and presales activities. You will actively work on building a network with the customer and will be able to generate leads.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Proven Expertise: At least 4 years of practical work experience in management of software projects or business analysis and conceptual work
• Education: Degree in (business) informatics, economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and either German (C1) or French (C1) depending on the location.
• Practical Knowledge and certifications in relevant agile project methods, test-management and Requirements Engineering
• Advanced knowledge in Modeling and definition of processes (BPMN)
• Certification: You have already successfully completed certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP or Hermes Advanced or are ready to do so.
• Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking, ability to transfer abstract knowledge to different customer situations and industries
• Dynamic and eloquent appearance, enthusiasm and courage to change
