Digital Campaign Coordinator - Temporary contract 6 months

About this opportunity

In this role, you will assume primary responsibility for managing and executing digital campaigns for our Invisalign and iTero products across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your focus will be on meticulously overseeing the end-to-end execution of campaigns and optimizing them to enhance our relationships with customers, patients, and potential audiences. This involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders, and managing campaign schedules and deadlines, to ensure a seamless experience for Invisalign and iTero customers through omnichannel communication. In this role, you will… Support our senior campaign managers to plan and deploy omnichannel marketing campaigns across the different regions. Coordinate tickets with our inhouse design & content creation team to develop communication assets for the planned campaigns. Coordinate with our marketing activation teams (email, web, social media, paid media, etc.) to manage the placement, and scheduling of our campaigns to ensure timely rollout. Coordinate the digital campaign asset localization with our inhouse translation team. Gather performance data from our digital media teams and develop performance reports to guide on optimization opportunities for our digital campaigns. Develop best practices for campaign development In this role, you’ll need … 3-5 years of experience in coordinating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns A Bachelor's degree, best in a related field of study Proactive mindset with a doer attitude to move tasks along and get things done in a timely manner Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and planning tools, such as ASANA, is an advantage Excellent project management, coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Business proficiency in English; proficiency in any other European languages is a plus This is a temporary contract for a materinity cover.
