StellenbeschreibungAct as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, and workplace policies. Guide employees through onboarding, internal transitions, and exit procedures with clarity and care. Address employee concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism. Contribute to internal communication and initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Coordinate with external providers to manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and work permit processes. Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration through effective vendor collaboration. Prepare and issue HR documentation including employment certificates and formal letters. Maintain compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal governance standards. Support the creation of HR reports and workforce analytics to inform decision-making. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and HR partnering. Solid understanding of HR processes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proactive and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus. Fluent in English; French or other languages are an advantage.
