What awaits you :

  • On a day to day basis you will collaborate with the support as well as development organization investigating technical anomalies reported by our customers.
  • Together with the 3rd level team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting our customers and the technical departments.
  • For technical matters, such as inquiries around the bexio API, the 3rd level team facilitates the communication directly with customers.
  • You will work in a modern environment driven by continuous improvement, and be given the opportunity to bring in your ideas to further optimize and automate the daily business.

  • Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.
  • The technical stack around LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP and / or Java is not new to you.
