ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an expert when it comes to SAP HR module? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?
If so, we are looking for an IT support analyst who will be working in the HR & Legal application support team and collaborate closely with the global HR business payroll team in Zürich. The role requires a mix of remote and on-site work in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Run monthly Swiss payroll closure procedures
- Prepare and process year end activities
- Testing releases in test environment and tracking them (Jira)
- Set up and run batch processes (Batchman)
- Manage incident and problems as part of the clients incident and problem management process for the Swiss payroll application
- Investigation and analysis of technical issues within the application
- Providing workarounds where applicable
- Perform general housekeeping on the application
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on serious incidents
- Participate in internal and external audit assessments
- Functional / hierarchical escalation and notification to management of the client for high impacting incidents, problems and keeping end users informed until the ticket is resolved
- Application health monitoring (comprising review of application logs, identification and analysis of exceptions)
Requirements
Previous production experience in the technical / application area and / or education in ITSAP System experience in general and query knowledgeSAP-HR-module knowledgeGood knowledge of MS Office tools (Access, Excel and Word)SQL knowledge is a mandatory requirementExperienced in batch schedulingFluent English and German skillsOur Benefits Include
