Business Analyst – E-Banking (80-100%)

What your role would be :

As part of the Private Clients Business Engineering team, you’l l play a key role in supporting and improving our Private Clients applications and platforms. Your responsibilities will include :

Taking ownership of user acceptance testing (UAT) by designing test cases, executing tests, and ensuring that new features and functionalities meet business requirements and quality standards

Actively identifying and documenting bugs or issues during testing, and working with developers to resolve them

Maintaining comprehensive feature documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams, and to support future development and troubleshooting

Collaborating with other teams, such as UX, core banking, and CRM / CLM, to ensure smooth delivery of solutions

Contributing innovative ideas to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and tackle challenges in a holistic way

Assisting with training internal teams and encouraging the adoption of tools and processes.

Keeping technical and user documentation up to date and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who can bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the team, along with :

At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking

A solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development

Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation

Strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain  clear, detailed feature documentation

Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and, ideally, experience with Avaloq AFP

A passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards

Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences

A collaborative mindset, working closely with the Private Clients platform teams to achieve shared goals

Fluency in both English and German (essential)
