We are looking for a Junior Client Services Manager to act as the single point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will take client briefs, ensure they are clearly defined, and manage their distribution to the relevant internal teams. You’ll support smooth communication, track progress, and help deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for client requests and communication
Take, clarify, and document client briefs
Distribute briefs and coordinate tasks with internal teams
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Provide clients with timely updates and follow-ups
Support client lead with account needs and reporting
Requirements :
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive and client-focused mindset
Previous experience in a client-facing or coordination role is a plus
