Role Purpose and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Professional Services to deliver structured, professional, and consistent sourcing services to clients. The candidate should be dynamic, client-focused, and execution-oriented, with proven experience in Professional Services.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Manage Professional Services Sourcing engagements in categories like Consulting, Legal Services and HR Services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, including market tenders and evaluations.
• Shape deals to meet complex business requirements and calculate financial baselines and savings opportunities.
• Negotiate optimal commercial terms and maintain key supplier relationships.
• Draft and customize contracts, ensuring compliant contracting and performance management.
• Follow required processes for supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Adhere to corporate standards and collaborate with global colleagues for best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Supply Chain concentration or MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 5+ years in Professional Services Sourcing with contract and commercial negotiations, ideally in categories like Consulting, Tax, Accounting, Audit, Legal Services and HR Services
• Proven sourcing and negotiation experience with major suppliers
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts with minimal legal support
• Experience structuring contracts with multiple Schedules, Annexes, Supply Orders, and Attachments globally
• Identifying savings opportunities and leading negotiating strategies
• Client and stakeholder orientation with influence over senior stakeholders
• Experience in relationship management, deal structuring, vendor management, and procurement
• Proven capability with multi-million-dollar sourcing projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
• Ability to prioritize initiatives under tight deadlines
• Professional, committed, motivated, and flexible team player
