Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.

Location : Zürich

Start date : 01.01.2025

End date : 31.12.2025

Main responsibilities

Design, implement and engineer complex ecosystems for our client's Azure Cloud foundation (Security, Networking, Monitoring, Logging, DR, PaaS…).
Work closely to development teams, supporting and mentoring them in their cloud journey.
Be responsible for the security, availability, and maintainability of the cloud platform.

Your skills :

Proven experience of working with Azure as Platform Engineer.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code

Proficiency with PowerShell or other scripting languages.

You have a can-do attitude; you are pragmatic and open-minded.

Entrepreneurial mind-set, your ideas are welcome.

Willingness to learn new ways of working.

You have a thirst for knowledge and are passionate about spreading it with your colleagues.

Enjoy working with a goal-oriented and structured approach.

Cloud Adoption Framework hands-on is an advantage.

Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate or similar is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus.
