Store Manager - New Opening Luxury Fashion

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the new opening of a luxury fashion brand in Lugano

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager :

• Analytics and KPIs : Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Team Management : Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve their best.
• Clienteling and PR : Build strong relationships with clients and manage public relations efforts.
• Stock Supervision : Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
