Job Description

We are headhunting a distinguished Acute Care Registered Nurse for a prestigious 1 : 1 placement within a private maritime medical suite. This role is designed for a clinician who balances high-level technical proficiency with the discretion required for ultra-high-net-worth environments.

The Mission

Based aboard a world-class superyacht, you will provide bespoke 1 : 1 clinical care for an 80-year-old VIP . While the medical standards are rigorous, the setting is unparalleled; you will follow a summer itinerary through the Mediterranean’s most exclusive ports , including the Algarve, Mallorca, and Marbella .

The Team & Safety

You will join a fully integrated medical department that prioritizes patient outcomes and staff well-being :

Clinical Leadership : Direct reporting line to a Lead British Doctor .

Integrated Care : Working alongside onboard Physiotherapists and a peer group of Western-trained nurses.

Safety Protocol : Operations are managed via a double-nurse shift system , ensuring that the patient is never without expert oversight and that staff remain well-rested and alert.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a background in high-pressure environments :

Qualifications : Must hold a Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).

Experience : A minimum of 4+ years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).

Linguistic Skills : Native or C1-level English is essential for seamless communication with the medical team and the VIP.
