• The FRIC : Food Research and Innovation Center at the University of Fribourg, short FRIC, carries out research, teaching, and continuing education activities and provides services in food science in an interdisciplinary and independent manner. The Food Centre is an academic and interdisciplinary platform for food science at the University of Fribourg, focusing on the sustainable use of raw materials in agriculture, research into new foodstuffs and sustainable food production, the role of the consumer, interactions of food and nutrition with mental and physical health
